My subscription was auto renewed in march, but the website and toolbox is showing it as expired. Parallels is still working so I know that I do have the subscription but it's not showing up on my account for some reason. The main thing I am concerned about is that I wont be able to cancel the subscription because it doesnt actually show on my account.
