    Hi, I am having issues with cancelling my subscription. It is coming to auto renewal but I have no idea what email address it's linked to and I no longer have the Mac that it was registered to. Please help!

    I have an active subscription good through 10/2023 Toolbox says it is expired

    Toolbox says it is expired. My subscription covers all of my Parallels till 10/2023. How do I get Toolbox to update?

    Need to Renew Subscription But Its Not Happening !!

    I have been getting messages when I go into Parallels telling me my subscription has expired and my access may be withdrawn. I have gone into 'renew subscription' and have verified the payment method. All I get is an automated message saying 'You have successfully updated your payment details...
