Subscription renewal

Good morning, my subscription has expired and due to a misunderstanding it has not been renewed. Now I try to do it, it tells me that my method has expired and sends me a link to change the payment method but this link never reaches me, there is no spam and I can't contact support if not this way. Can you help me? Thank you
 
The problem is that it was two licenses and that I paid about 109€ for the renewal, now if I start over it costs me 119€ for only one. my account is [email protected] can someone from the assistance help me? Not having renewed, I can't contact them by email
