Subscription cancelled but still you want money?

Hi,

I own 3 old Parallels "permanent" licences. Few years ago, I've switched to subscription. Now, I decided to stop because I'm not using it for months.

Anyway, somehow managed to cancel and/or not-renew my subscription. However, you tried to charge my bank account again.

Thankfully, there was no cash to take.

How do I stop you? Do I need to cancel my bank account?
