Start up prompt:Parallels Desktop Requires an Administrator Name and Password to Begin Installation

Every time I start the Parallels Desktop application, I'm prompted for administrator password ("Parallels Desktop Requires an Administrator Name and Password to Begin Installation").
How to solve this?
My disk image is on a different partition from MacOS operating system (running High Sierra 10.13.6 / Parallels Desktop v14).
 
Actually the problem seems to be related to the fact that I moved my user folder to other partition than the one the operating system is.

Well, I'd like my user folder to be where it is. Any ideas on how to stop this prompting whenener i star Parallels?
