Sound only partially works while using Windows with Parallels

When I use my MacBook without running Parallels the sound works perfectly. However, once I start Parallels most of the sound instantly stops working. Sometimes Spotify works and sometimes it don't. Sometimes when I force quit/restart coreaudiod it temporary fixes the problem, sometimes it don't. I like to listen to Spotify while using Visual Studio in Windows, and sometimes I need to watch tutorials etc, so it kinda sucks that I'm not able to do that because of this bug. Does anyone know a fix for this? Thanks in advance!

Did you reinstall Parallels Tools without any issues?
