Someone stole my license key

Good morning,
I purchased a license for parallels desktop with my [email protected] account some time ago, but now that I'm trying to install Parallels on my new mac I see that my license has been associated with an account unknown to me and I can no longer use it. What do I do?
it seems impossible to contact support
