I am trying to install Solidworks 2019 on my m1 MacBook with parallels but it does not work. Can anyone help?

I have the same issues as @steelfox whereby launching bails after the "SOLIDWORKS License Agreement" message on the launch splash.

Any updates are welcome.

I contacted Parallels live chat, but they said they would need to "check with their internal team for an update" and get back to me

Hi - I'm also interested in this topic - not just Solidworks, but also PTC Creo, and whether anyone has gotten them to successfully run on an M1 Mac. Looking at Solidworks' system requirements, it notes a 16GB system RAM requirement for Solidworks whereas SW Electrical only requires 8GB. Maybe the issue is currently that the M1 Macs are limited to too little RAM to run SW? Not sure with Creo, but it has the same issue (from what I have heard). Installs, but won't launch. Creo's system requirements specify a minimum of 4GB of system memory.

Hi, found this blog for you. Please check and let us know if it's not that case.
