Let me clarify, that your Mac is based on the Apple Silicon chip which has an ARM architecture unlike the x86 architecture of the classic desktop processors and in a virtual machine on a Mac with an M-series chip, it is currently possible to run only Windows 11 Arm -- the Windows 11 version for processors with ARM architecture (for example, it is used on devices with mobile chips like Microsoft Surface Pro X).
Please note that as per the https://we1.town/yazilim/webrowser, the website does not specify that weBrowser supports Apple Silicon machines.
We recommend you contact the respective software support and confirm that they tested their software in virtual machines running on Mac with Apple Silicon chips and Windows 11 Arm, and inquire about support for Windows 11 and ARM architecture.
If the software support teams confirm that their software can run in a Windows 11 Arm virtual machine, on Apple M-series chip Mac, please let us know.

I'm having a similar issue and I'm confused why the vendor needs to support a virtualized environment. Isn't a major use case of virtualization is to allow software to be run in an environment not supported by the hardware? Why can't I just tell Parallels to report to the hosted OS that it's running on some other processor so that I can run the software?
