Slow Internet speed on Windows 10

I am using Parallels Desktop 15 Pro on Mac Catalina
I perform a speed test on the Mac : 930 Mbps
On the Windows VM: 370 Mbps

I have the Options>Optimization set to: No Limit
Hardware>Network>Network Conditioner is: Checked
I have already tried Shared Netword, Default adapter and Thunderbolt Ethernet

How do I get the same Internet speed on the windows VM as I do in the Mac OS, I am strugging with all the settings and restarts

Hi HAB1. If you have any antivirus/firewall settings enabled on the Mac, please disable it and check for the internet speed in the VM.
 
I have my Anitivirus/firewall disabled in Windows
I have my Antivirus disabled in Mac
I get the 930 Mbps on the Mac with the above steup
But I dont get the speed on the Windows which should react similarly to the Mac OS to any Mac firewall
