Update, with crash logs (and a note on why this is here rather than in a ticket).
I've now captured three crashes with Crash Logger SSE, all with the same call stack. Setup: Parallels Desktop 27.0.3 (58680), macOS Golden Gate 27.2, MacBook Pro 14" M4 Pro / 24 GB; Windows 11 Pro ARM 25H2 build 26200.9711; Skyrim SE 1.7.104 from Steam. The crashes happen in completely vanilla, unmodded Skyrim, but vanilla Skyrim writes no crash log at all (and Windows Event Viewer records nothing either), so the only additions are SKSE, Address Library and Crash Logger SSE, installed purely to capture these logs.
The crash is in d3d11.dll while the game is creating a texture (NiSourceTexture), with Parallels' display driver prl_umdd10.dll loaded. Two of the three were during the load from Whiterun into the open world (the first log names the texture: Textures\Terrain\Tamriel\Tamriel.32.32.64.DDS); the third was with no loading screen at all, just standing in the open world. RDX is 0xFFFFFFFF every time.
Unhandled exception "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" at 0x7FFC0DA8F3D8
Base Register: rdx = 0x00000000FFFFFFFF
[ 1] d3d11.dll+012EA3C
[ 2] SkyrimSE.exe+0CEA6A0
[ 3] d3d11.dll+01EABBC
[ 4] SkyrimSE.exe+100F1EC
(logs 2 and 3: same stack, rdx = 0xFFFFFFFF, uptimes 38 s and 95 s)
Ruled out, all with the same crash: all mods purged and a fresh character; Parallels 26.4.0, 26.5.0 and 27.0.3 (Tools updated each time); 4 CPU / 6 GB vs 8 CPU / 12 GB; Scaled vs Best for Retina; Skyrim on Low, windowed, reduced resolution; Prism emulation settings (strict multi-core, no FP optimisation, hide newer CPU features); Steam overlay / Steam Input / controller off; Steam file verification. Event Viewer logs nothing; the process just exits. Full logs attached.
Why I'm posting here: I have an active Pro subscription (valid to Oct 2027), which should give me email/chat support, but the Technical Issues path in My Account only offers Facebook Messenger, Twitter and the forums; the "personalized Support options" page either hangs or falls back to those. I don't use either social network. If someone from Parallels can open a case from this, or tell me how to reach the support I'm paying for, I'd appreciate it.
