Simultaneous Usability Mac-Win

Have upgraded Parallels 12 on ElCapitan. Since then I can use only Win programs on my Win-10 Pro version. With the Explorer, not longer I have access neither to my network nor with "Quick Access" or "This PC" on my Mac files. Is there any idea how to fix that conundrum...?
