Show Clipboard History keyboard shortcut does not respect keyboard layout

The Command-Option-V keyboard shortcut for Show Clipboard History is hardcoded to the QWERTY location of the V key. This is problematic for anyone who uses a different keyboard layout, including me, as I use Dvorak.
