Sharing Applications between MacOS (host) and Lubuntu (guest)

Hello everyone.
I installed a VM with Lubuntu in it, hoping to share Linux Apps like I would do with Windows, but sadly I didn't find any dedicated option in the VM settings.

Why? I guess I have to use a specific distro, but I'm not 101% sure about this.
