Hi AlexA2. This issue has already been escalated to the development team and they are working to address it in one of the future builds of Parallels Desktop for Mac. To enable automatic updates, from the Parallels Desktop Menu, select Preferences > General > Download Updates Automatically. While we do not have an ETA for the fix, it has been prioritized appropriately. You can track the changes in the product at the corresponding knowledge base article page: - http://kb.parallels.com/124262 | http://kb.parallels.com/124263 -.First off, this was auto-unchecked on my last update without me realizing it. Then I shut down the Windows 10 VM and checked it. Re-launching Parallels into Control Center, it's unchecked again. I need this page setup options dialog so I can use full duplex printing capability.
Please check this KB article for more info.@Maria@Parallels , no I haven't done that. What should be the procedure?
Could you please provide us with a bit more info about the issue?I am having the same problem with latest update. "Show pages setup options before printing" is broken. It is checked but sends to pdf file. Please fix.
