Shadowing does not work

Hello,

I can't remote control (shadow) user sessions. The following error occurs:

"The installed RDP control version does not support shadowing. Minimum required control version is 6.3."

The RDP version on the management server (from which I want to shadow the user sessions) is 10.0.20348.2849, and on the RDS hosts it is 10.0.26100.2308.

Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks in advance!

Try running the following command:

cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\ApplicationServer"
TSClient.exe -vendor

If it fails, check whether productanalytics.dll exists at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\ApplicationServer\productanalytics.dll

In my case, the file was missing. I copied it from another server (RAS server), closed and reopened the Parallels console, and it worked.
