Hi all !

i have an old version of PARALLELS DESKTOP 6 .

I have update the macos to last version and old parallels don't run .
I have update to last vision ( Parallel Desktop 11 ) , with buy the genuine license .

When i try to activate the new version the software don't recognize the old genuine seria..
What i can do to resolve the trouble ?

According to our licensing policy, an upgrade to Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac is supported from the following versions only:

  • Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac
  • Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac Upgrade
  • Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac
  • Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac Upgrade
