Screen Record doesn't work with audio option

I can do a screen recording without audio and an audio only recording but if I try to record the screen with the audio option, the file is not produced.

Would you mind sending screenshots of your workaround so we could fully understand it.
It would be also great, if you could reproduce the issue/solution, collect a technical report as per this article: https://kb.parallels.com/en/124107
Then copy 9-digit ID of the report and provide it in a reply message.
We will be waiting for your reply.
 
I'm getting precisely the same issue. It might have to do with the latest Windows 11 updates as everything was working fine until recently when I updated. From what I can see both the audio and video files are produced in the AppData\ParallelsToolbox\Recording folder but they cannot be combined together. I tried combining them using a separate program but the audio seems to be totally missing. I can use the Audio Recorder to make the audio recordings successfully. Problem seems to only be with the Record Screen/Window/Area feature where the audio and video cannot be combined. I would love a work around but don't understand the steps @lucyo are highlighting.

Hello, I have the same issue, when ScreenRecorder start the Mac' Audio get muted (any option tried) Mac OS Ventura 13.2.1 (22D68)

Actually, this is a known issue our developers are currently working on. If you can provide us with additional data about that, it'd be of much help for us: reproduce the issue, collect a technical report as per this article: https://kb.parallels.com/en/124107 , copy the 9-digit ID of the report and provide it in your reply, please.

If you want to access audio with screen recording then you must download Apeaksoft Screen Recorder. This screen recorder is awesome.
