Running x86 on M1 by Running a VM inside a Big Sur VM

Hi All,
I'm still on Intel Macs and PD15. I'm really worried about upgrading my hardware to an M1 because I have tons of x86 VMs that I rely on (listed below). I am wondering if this would work on an M1 Mac:
  1. Create a Big Sur VM with PD16.
  2. Ensure Rosetta2 is installed within the Big Sur VM.
  3. Within the Big Sur VM, install another copy of Parallels, like PD15.
  4. Run Intel VMs from within the Big Sur VM relying on Rosetta2 for the Intel virtualization.
Has anyone tried this? Can Parallels support comment on this, as doubtless Parallels employees must have tried this?

List of Guest OSes that I use:
  • Mac OS X 10.5, 10.6, 10.8, 10.13
  • Windows 10, 7, XP, 95, 3.11
  • MS-DOS 6.22
I use all of those to avoid repurchasing expensive software for the most part.
 
You can install PD16 on M1 and last build of Windows 10 ARM inside it. Then try to find any rather old emulator which will work inside Windows 10. Probably, running of DOS, Win 3.11 and even Windows 95 will be possible.
