Running 32 bit windows apps not possible with Parallels

For some time now i have read that using the latest version of Parallels it will be possible to create a virtual machine of a Pre Catalina version of OSX, then within that virtual machine create a virtual windows environment using windows, which will then allow you to run 32bit apps

Now i have been informed this is not possible even though there are option within the Parallels setting to enable Nested Virtualisation.

Have you been misleading the public ???

Your confirmation that i will not have any issues using 32 bit Windows apps, installed in a Windows VM operating on a Catalina version of OSX
