Retail Product Key ok to activate Win 11 Pro within Parallels?

I see KB 114051 (https://kb.parallels.com/en/114051) says, "You can buy a license from the Microsoft Store or purchase one through retail." I also see I can buy a DVD of Win 11 Pro from Walmart for less than a product key from Microsoft via the Parallels activation.

Will the product key from the DVD packaging work? I am hesitate to make the purchase and looking for a confirmation.

When it comes to MS license keys, one size fits all. The license key for Pro works on ARM64, Intel, as MS Pro. We use a MS Pro Volume license and it works for all versions of MS Pro (Win10 Pro, Win11 Pro, Win11 ARM64)
