Remote PC Entra ID auth

Hi I've just setup Parallels RAS and tried to use the Remote PC function to connect to a Windows 11 Entra ID Joined Device, Intune managed.

Connection is via RDP
User logins to web portal (SAML)
User can view the remote PC which was setup, when trying to connect a password prompt appears (no password has been set) and unable to login.

Looking at the parallels client event logs the client seems to try login using user@domain , which is following the SAML ID, but suspect that it's failing due to the user name not being [email protected].

Is there a correct way/solution to connect a local Entra ID joined host with Parallels RAS? or is this just the wrong product for the job!

Further investigation seem to be related to the NLA account. Parallels enrollment server using standard nlauser (domain joined) attempts to login to Entra ID only Windows 11 device which fails.

Continue instigating..

I just tried to implement it the way you described; however, I'm still getting the same NLA error. Have you found a solution?
