Reinstalling

Hello,

I reinstall Parallels after formatting my MAC
I use my version 10 saved (upgrade) but it refuses my liscence with the following message:
Can not Use Key with Paralles Desktop Build 10.4

I can not reinstall with my original CD (version 6) because my OS is too high

What to do ?

Hi, your key for Parallels Dekstop 10 has been reset. Please try to activate it again and check the issue.
