I previously had Parallels 17 installed on my Mac OS (Catalina) and my subscription hasn't expired and is still valid. However, I recently had to wipe my drive and install the OS and restored my files/VMs. When I tried to boot my application, it is saying I have to buy new subscription. Its the same system, same OS, same version of Parallels with valid subscription, only difference is the OS is reinstalled. Please help!
