Reinstall Parallels tools?

I tried you suggestion.

Reboot, trying to start VM. Same issues.

Run Terminal Command "sudo launchctl stop com.parallels.desktop.launchdaemon", get error message that Parallels Services do not react.

So I#m still stuck with a completely unfunctional v4 after the Parallels Tools installtion.
