    Hi, I am trying to receive a refund since 6 days. I issued already 3 tickets for it, but nothing happened. Neither an email from support nor a ticket in my ticket overview. 5548044, 5548070, 5548060, 5548078. Cleverbridge support is also referring to Parallels Chat Bot...
