Got charged $99.99 on Aug 13 for Parallels Desktop Standard (Cleverbridge 546900835). Canceled auto-renew the same day (412849312). Don't want the renewal — need that $99.99 back.
Cleverbridge said no, citing KB 123877. The confirmation email for this charge says if you cancel after an auto-renewal you get a pro-rata refund for the remaining months. Term started the same day I canceled, so that's the full amount.
Tickets 5799707 and 5799715 are already open.
You've refunded this same unused auto-renewal thing before (orders 485266141 and 466083339). Can you do the same here?
