I purchased a 1-year Parallels subscription last year for a college course. Recently, I noticed that my subscription was automatically renewed on August 27, 2025. I had intended to cancel before renewal, as I am not currently using the product and do not plan to continue with it at this time.
Since I have not used the service after the renewal, I kindly ask if it would be possible to cancel this renewal and process a refund. Please also cancel my plan so that I will not have any future subscriptions. I was told by support i'm not able, but am seeing company moderators on this forum help people out?
