recover Parallels license

Hello,
I bought a new MacBook Pro a couple of days ago, I have used the migration assistant to avoid having these type of problems but apparently I cannot find (or migrate) my license.
I have tried this: https://kb.parallels.com/en/115424 and it still doesn't work.
Could someone please help me recovering my parallels license?

We can see that you have three Parallels Desktop 13 keys in your account. Visit my.parallels.com and find your activation key.

Thanks, but I bought a Parallels 15 about a month ago and just installed it on the laptop. It wasn't registered in this portal.
Maybe if I send you guys the last 5 characters will help someone from parallels finding it?

Hi, please reply us back via the private message with your license key.
 
  • Open your Parallels account Dashboard and click on Active subscriptions and permanent licenses under Parallels Desktop for Mac.
  • Click on the subscription you need a license for.
  • You will find the License Keys box with the product licenses.
