Record Screen Stops in the middle of recording!

Record Screen stops and doesn't record. I have lost yet another very important presentation. Please help!
I am terribly disappointed by how this tool works and worse how Parallels provide support for it.
is there anyone who can help? Apparently Parallels doesn't.
 
I ma having the same problem ..... starts fine and if I hit stop after just a few minutes the file appears; but if I leave it recording eg for a longer presentation it suddenly stops recording and no file is saved.
using Mac book pro 14" , Monterey and parallels toolbox 5.1.0 (fully licensed)

Once done, please send the report ID to us in your reply to this post. We need this data to pass it to our developers for further investigation.
