Record Area No Sound

Running Catalina and I'm not getting any audio using record area. I have the input set to Computer, but nothing. I do get the "Driver needs to be installed" warning. In settings I don't have "Parallels Toolbox" as an option and in my Library/Audio file I have no HAL folder or Parallels Loopback driver.

What am I missing here?

Hello,

Firstly, please generate Technical Report and post it's ID here (https://kb.parallels.com/en/124107).
Then, have you restarted your mac after pressing 'Install' on "An additional sound driver is required..." dialog?
Also check for "HAL" directory inside "/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins", not inside "/Library/Audio". It is here?

Thanks, I will generate a technical report. Checked and I do not have a HAL directory. Thanks for the response.
