I tried all solutions,
1 - https://forum.parallels.com/threads/error-accessing-hard-disc-0.344067/

3 - https://kb.parallels.com/112140

-DISC is OK, no problem.
-all hdd files could be readable, I mounted all hdd and could copy to files from mounted hdds.
Parallels.log attached. There is a strange an error;

also I have a disk with named Windows 10.hdd.0.{5fbaabe3-6958-40ff-92a7-860e329aab41}.hds

It got broken when I try to reclaim disk for free some space.it's stuck I waited a lot of time after I couldn't stop or cancel it couldn't finish. So I need to restart computer, that's here we are.

I couldn't fix for 2 weeks work that finally i decided to reinstall os and copy all files to new one, unfortunately. I was able to open disk with VM Disk Importer, So just I couldn't fix the problem but I could recover files.
