Hi there,
I am trying to reactivate Parallels 10 on a Macmini with macOS 10.15.7 Catalina. I got following message:
"Your product activation key has reached its activation limit and cannot be used to activate Parallels Desktop. Please use a valid key or contact the Parallels Support team for assistance."
I have a valid license-key but I have no access to the old computer to deactivate the license, whether in my Parallels Account I can`t deactivate any computers.
