RAS HTML5 Gateway doesnt work after update to 14.1

Hi,

we have problems with the html5 gateway after the actualization from 2X RAS Version 14.0 to 14.1.

After the actualization we didnt change nothing but the html5 gateway doesnt work properly. In fact while trying 20times you can access one time without problem. All the other times you login and than you can wait a long time but you cannto see the published applications.

Since sometimes a user con login, I think all the security policies are still correct. What else can we check out to solve this problem?

Do you get any error while accessing the html5 gateway?
If you would be great if you could share us a screenshot of the error message if any also try to upgrade Parallels Remote Application Server to version 15 and check if that makes any changes.
