I just got a new MacBook Air, am running Parallels Desktop 17 and Windows 10 Pro. When I'm in Quickbooks Desktop 2020 and try to do anything associate with email (paystubs, invoices, settings) I get an Unrecoverable Error. This was never an issue before I got my new machine. After 5 HOURS with QB "support" of installing new versions of both windows and QB and trying every fix, they now say it's an issue with Parallels. PLEASE HELP!
