After I clicked the screenshot button, there is a message "Please avoid scrolling or resizing window while screenshot is being taken", and after that, no screenshot file is generated, how can I solve it?
My OS is sonoma 14.5 and safari version is 17.5.

    Hello xiqing,

Unfortunately, we have been unable to reproduce the issue you are experiencing in a similar environment.

Kindly confirm when you first experienced this issue.

Furthermore, have you attempted disabling and re-enabling the Safari extension? (Right-click the screenshot page extension > uncheck the extension option > re-check the extension option > attempt to reproduce the issue.)

    Hello!
I've tried disabling and re-enabling the Safari extension, but the problem persists.
May I ask where the screenshot files are stored under normal circumstances?

The screenshot files are usually saved on your desktop in a .pdf format.
Kindly confirm if you are unable to find them still.

Also, please confirm if you have an external monitor connected to your Mac.
Perhaps a video recording would aid us in aiding in a resolution.

    1. Launch Safari
    2. Use the extension
    3. Minimize all windows and show your desktop.

You may upload the screen recording here: https://alludo-support-fileshare.az...Share?id=62b8090e-fa2f-4802-9c91-80e5f4abf7ae

I'm using an external monitor connected to mbp, could that be the reason? Is there a solution for this?

    Hello xiqing,

    This could be a factor.
Kindly disconnect the external monitor from your MacBook Pro and attempt to reproduce the issue once again.

I disconnected the external monitor and tried to manipulate the screenshot and it still didn't generate the file.

    Hello xiqing,

Please reproduce the issue and collect a technical report :
    1. Enable detailed log messages: Click the Parallels Toolbox icon > Click on the little gearbox > Preferences > enable the "Use detailed log messages" checkbox" > click the "X" button on the left side to close the preferences box
    2. Collect a technical report: Click the Parallels Toolbox icon > Click on the little gearbox> Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
