Purchased upgrade to 12 without realizing cannot upgrade from 5. What now?

I just purchased an upgrade to 12 without realizing it can only be used when upgrading from 10 or 11. How do I go about paying the difference obtain a full license?

***Edit: I have just read in other threads that those who made the same mistake were provided with a link to allow them to pay the difference. Can you provide me with that link?
