Can you please share a copy of the invoice that you used to purchase Parallels Desktop via private message?

Furthermore, please note if the purchase was made through the App store, Parallels does not have any visibility on purchase records for Parallels Desktop sold by Apple.

In this scenario, we would recommend to contact Apple support to get your license information.
