Prolonged trial registration keys were sent to everyone

I need new key

Guys,

I did not get my renew key yet and today I did expire. I did send e-mail to support few days ago with my proof of purchase and did not get any answers back yet. Also I did try to get new key on your website but for some reason I can't login. I can login to post to forums but not to your site.
Please please send me new key.

We apologize for inconvinience! I just sent you new key via PM. On the other side you can request it yourself from my account (use "forget your password" link to retrieve forgotten password).
 
Thanx I got it and will try it in a few. As far as the "forgoten e-mail password" I did try it few times but I am not getting any e-mails from your system with new password.
 
Where is the number?

I did not receive the new numbre by mail.
-When i go to your ling to get it, I am asked to download version 6 again.
- I install it and never get the number again

How does it work?

I haven't received a renewal key and my trial is about to expire. Is there something else I need to do? The poster above me is right -- the page linked to just leads to the downloads.

Chalk up another invalid key sent out today.

I have no idea if it's for Parallels Compressor. The message says it's for extending the beta. But beta6 doesn't like it.

Edited: Ha. I take that back. It does say Compressor in the subject, and I managed to gloss over it in the body as well.

So no problem! Yay!

I got one for Compressor too, which is weird, because I never downloaded Compressor, nor did I ever ask for a Compressor code. Bizarre. :)

Maybe you asked for Compression key by mistake - all products key request buttons are on the same page... We send it only for Compressor beta testers.

Mmm.. I am pretty sure I never requested Compressor but I was sent an extended key today too... confused the hell out of me..

Are we getting any other extended key? I already purcahsed the product but my extended key will expire on June 2. Already tried to get another key but keeps giving me the exact same key... :(
 
activation key still not working

I can't get my activation key to work. I first tried cut and paste, both with and without the : but I got the message of invalid activation key.

After reading this thread I tried typing it in using both 0 and o, but same problem.

Anybody else got any ideas?

i have the same problem , i bought Parallels Workstation 2.1 for Mac OS X, and what i got is a parallels compressor key, which refuses to work with parallel desktop

Exactly the same for me.
Here is my mail to the support:

Dear Nadine, Dear All,

Sorry to come back with the same request.
My activation key ends normally the 2nd of June. I have to travel from tomorrow (for weeks) in areas where I will probably have no internet access.
I guess my Parallels Desktop will stop working...?

Please tell me if I'm wrong and why. If not, could you help me solving this problem.
