I purchased the product 'Parallels Desktop for Mac', but the primary key I received from parallel does not match with the key I was supposed to enter. The key I received was in the in the form of 5 groups of 6 letters, but for set up my virtual windows, the key it requested is a 5 groups of 5 letters.
Can you fix this problem for me?
