Problems with parallels 18.3.2 (53621) and M2 Max on MacOS 13.4.1 (22F82) / Win 11 pro

Hi!
Parallels 18.3.2 (53621) and M2 Max on MacOS 13.4.1 (22F82) / Win 11 is having following difficulties:
# no stable connection between MAcOS and Win 11 (connection is lost, also Internet connection, using the Parallels VirtIO Ethernet Adapter, deactivate and acticvate of the adapter helps, but connection is lost again
# very slow upload speed (0,12 Mbit/s)

>>> new clean installation of parallels and win 11 didnt help
>>> the fix suggested by parallels didnt change or solve the problem: (The fix is here, but doesnt work: https://kb.parallels.com/en/129589)

And if you try to download or just view bigger data like videos or photos, connection to the internet is lost by the Parallels VirtIO Ethernet Adapter.
