I have a legacy 2x RAS license and when I try its conversion to be able to activate it I get no KEY to install. I have read and followed the steps in the Knowledgebase. Can anyone help on what to do in this case?

Hi Christian, please create a support request they will surely help you to resolve (temporarily) your current RAS Farm state and deal with the license issue:

I already tried that. I cannot create a ticket because the license is not showing up in my products. And that's the main reason I opened this thread. Any other ideas on how to get support on this?
