Problem with Windows10 activation in Parallels

Hello,

On my MacBook Pro, I first installed Windows10 pro on boot camp partition then I activated Windows after I launched it directly on Boot Camp.
Then, I installed Parallels Desktop (Version 14.0.0) and I configured a virtual machine using Windows10 installed on Boot Camp.

After several sessions of this virtual machine, I was told that Windows 10 was not activated and that I needed to activate it.
Is this normal? I never had this problem using Windows 10 and Parallels Desktop before (until version 13) on other MacBooks.

What should I do?
Many thanks for any help.

Hi @Bertrand, thanks for reporting this to us! Are you still having the issue with the Windows activation? If so - could you please go to the Help menu of Parallels Desktop application and send us the technical data report via Send Technical Data... menu item? Then, post the number here.
