problem with reinstalling parallels desktop

I had some problems with my laptop so I reinstalled OS X and now I don't have parallels desktop on it.
When I tried to reinstall it from the link I got when I purchased it, it obviously does not work anymore, because it expired (I purchased it on October 15th 2014).
I tried to reinstall it from your website but it also didn't work, so I am wondering how to reinstall it or how to get a new link for my old license.

Hi, you may download the latest build of Parallels Desktop at http://www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd10 and install and check how it works. Thanks! PC

just one more thing:
I tried to install Windows from USB.
This is what I get on parallels wizard (photos). also my USB gets disconnected while parallels wizard runs.

Hi @anjag, please try to download the Windows 10 .iso file from this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10
And then follow the steps suggested here to install Windows.
