Problem with opening Windows 7 Virtual Machine

My virtual machine doesn't open. When I try to open, it writes:

"Unable to start the "Windows 7" virtual machine.

Free at least 689 MB on the physical hard disk that stores the "Windows 7" virtual machine and try again".

What must I do in order to free these 689 MB?
 
The drive where the windows 7 running,free some space from there and also free some space from your C drive.Free in the sense just delete 689 MB of data.I will suggest you to make at 3 GB Free space.Because after it will start running,depending upon your application it will expand again and again the same problem may occur.So free up more space by deleting some data.
