Problem with folder/program sync between mac and windows

Hello people in Parallels,
My father is using parallels in his mac, and he have shared data between his mac and windows (parallels), but somehow it stopped sync, and when i try to open an folder it says what you can see in the screenshot

Please help me if possible.
what should i do

Hi @Abdal-HassanA Kindly try reinstalling Parallels Tools under Actions -> Reinstall Parallels Tools to resolve the issue.
