problem with connecting the printer on win10

my printer is canon g2810, it used to work on PD15（official version） and PD16(beta), but it just keep asking me to connect the usb cable to PC after I updated to PD16(officail version) and try to reinstall the driver of the printer. I've tried reinstalled PD16 and also win10, but it just can't work!!
 
Are you working on an Apple M1 Mac because that is the forum you posted in and Parallels 17 is the version that works on Apple Macs with the M1 chip.
