Problem starting windows 7

    I have the problem, that windows 7 will not start. I get the answer "Network bootrom is installed. Trying to boot from SATA drive 1.
    I found a note, to start from the windows cd. But if i try to open the settings for windows, i get the information that to change the not, I have to continue die virtual machine and then I should turn off the virtual machine.
    Is there anyone who can help me? Sorry for my english!!!

    How to Use the BootROM Menu to Download and Install a New Image to an EXOS Switch
    1. Before rebooting the switch, connect to the switch via the serial console port.
    2. Reboot the switch. While the switch is booting, press and hold <spacebar> when prompted to enter the BootROM.

    3. If the IP address needs to be changed then type:
    BootRom > configip ipaddress 10.10.10.2/24 gateway 10.10.10.1

    4. Ping the TFTP server holding the image to make sure there is connectivity:
