Problem on vertical scrolling with (bluetooth) mouse [workaround found]

My configuration: Mac mini M2 with masOs Sequoia 15.4.1, Parallels Desktop Version 20.1.0 (55732) with Windows 11 Professionnel 24H2. Mouse with USB bluetooth dongle.
Problem: The vertical scrolling does not work on most applications (Excel, ...)
Workaround:

1. Select Windows 11 Actions/Configuration settings window / USB & Bluetooth
2. Tick "Share bluetooth devices with windows" (if it was already ticked, then untick and tick again)
3. Go to Parallels Destop Control center, and stop/resume the Windows virtual machine
4. The vertical scrolling gets back operational
