prl_deskctl_agent.exe - Application Error

The instruction at 0x0007FFD248FC303 referenced a memory at 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF. The memory could not be read. This is the error I am getting after installing Parallels Access on a Windows 10 pro 64 bit. The agent looks like it is running, but when I go to access it (remote connect with an other computer) I get an infinite spinning red wheel.

Also please collect the tech report once the issue reproduced and post the report's ID here?

I got the same issue for months now. Not sure that it affects connectivity, but this message pops up when I reboot the computer.
